It's always a bad sign when your boots are so high that you have to get a taxi for what should be a 15 minute walk to support your mates last minute DJing thingy at your local.

So it's not entirely surprising that later in the evening I fell over my own feet, off the stage and crippled my hand. Off to casualty now.

I think everyone had guessed that you'd broken it last night.

But if you don't have a cast we can't sign it or write rude things on it. How inconsiderate of them.

Well, rest it, let the Hobbit do the housework (ha!) and let me know if I can be of any use for fetching and carrying once you're back after Xmas.
