It's amazing how much I've managed to get done since I started my WoW-break. So far this week I've done two sets of tie-dyeing, made a picture/collage, carved a pumpkin lantern in the shape of an eyeball and gone properly clubbing and danced for the first time since Lord-Knows-When. Today I've got the kitchen into it's cleanest state for the last two years, made Ye Hobbit a fleecy bag with lots of compartments for his new set of acrylic contact juggling balls AND had time to actually try out some new cookery thing. Tonight we're having Dauphinoise Potatoes and posh sausages if all goes according to plan. Potatoes are in the oven and smell pretty good, so all cross your fingers. (Not too good with other folks' recipes, me).

Now I just need to find a paper to present at journal club, which is gonna be a bit tough, as all of the papers I've read so far this weekend have been from the early 80's and irrelevant to most of my group. Hrm. Back to the drawing board on that one.

I quite like having my life back! I miss my WoW chums tho, especially Gruntle, even if it IS his fault.

Edit: Man, that was too nice! Wild Boar and Prune sossies, onions cooked real slow in port, honey and thyme and the potatoes mmmmmmm... I never need to eat again.
