I'm doing science and I'm still alive

El bizarro... I started work on my MPhil upgrade (that never, ever ends) at 10am, settled into it... and suddenly it was 5pm. How on earth did that happen?! What happened to the obligatory five hours of procrastination!? In this burst of activity I seem to have organised and written up about a years work... not only that, I seem to be well-disposed to carrying on with it.

Last.fm definitely helps, and being able to roast myself in an unseasonally Springy sunbeam for most of the morning.
