So far my list of things to do today looks like this:
12.30 meeting ICMS
pick up registration forms from ICMS
download and print Application To Transfer To Writing Up Status
pick up Panc1/Psn1 spheroid blocks from CRUK
sub-culture cells (I fed them! will that do?)
submit PathSoc Winter Meeting Abstract
finalise PCR methodology
fix and block out HT29 cells for TFF3 control
post parcel
set up Panc-1 spheroid assay
design quantification method for spheroid assay
check how much of Aldefluor kit left
book Aldefluor sort for next week
set up Panc-1 cells for Aldefluor sort
check poly-HEMA stock for adhesion-free/SFM assay
contact BSU
buy red plastic coated 22AGW .65mm diameter wire from Maplins on Strand note to self: do not try and buy anything for DIY electronics from Maplins ever again
Q: given that it's already 15.25... HOW THE HELL AM I GONNA GET ALL THIS DONE?!
A: I'm not. Not a bad end result though, considering I went home at 16.30
