gnommiAnother titanic day at work, just got home.
Spent the last few days Western Blotting: made a beautiful clean blot with one crisp, lovely band... which is totally the wrong size.
WHYYYYYYYYYYY!? I have no idea what is going on there, none of the usual-things-that-go-wrongTM.
Tomorrow is another conference, and as I forgot to take my poster in to put up today, I have to get the train at 06.15 tomorrow.
