Beadgeddon continues unabated: today we are on a yellow and black trip.




Am having no end of trouble with thread stretching after I've finished the necklaces, but they still look OK I think. Also, glass pearls AAAAAAAAARGH. The coating flakes off, they have sharp edges that cut through thread and they are too pretty not to use...



Off to see a mate's band tonight in Winchester: think I've conned my sister into coming, it'll be her first night out since Nephew #2 appeared. Lets hope the Mallet of Unconsciousness is swift and efficient and he passes out at a reasonable time!

Unfortunately the clocks going back has completely screwed my body clock. I got ready an hour early and am now sitting here being uncomfortable in my going out stuff. Being ready too early really makes me fret.

My sister made it in the end but I wouldn't say she was particularly perky!
Little 'un stayed asleep for all of two hours, long enough to see the band then flee to feed it
