*sigh*... Still trying to cheer the fuck up. Am trying, honest!!! Healing assignment in Zul'Gurub last night was slightly therapeutic (got to kill Tony The Tiger and Mistress of All Panthers), even if I did get eaten by 10000000000 panthers.

Am also finding myself strangely (and increasingly) attracted to Naboo.

Wondering where my peers went. Finding motivating myself when I work entirely alone, with nobody to discuss things with, extremely difficult and frustrating.

Reading Flowers For Algernon by Daniel Keyes, which doesn't seem to be helping the general malaise. In fact, I'm now not sure whether to panic more about my failing mental faculties, or wish I was thicker.

Still trying (in vain) to find a robust technique for assessing clonogenicity in tumour cell lines. If anyone has one, please, please, PLEASE get in touch! (Even if it involves playing with agar).
