Went to Abeno Okonomi-yaki in Museum Street for lunch with
prosepina today for a hard-earned catch-up, a fabbo late Xmas pressie AND fabuloso Omo-Yaki and garlic squid. Yum yum *burst*...
On the downside, the cells that took me hours to plate yesterday are contaminated with fungus: cue 2 hours scrubbing out the incubator and a further hour replating from frozen stock. Grr.
Oh, and the major experiments of my PhD so far have been scooped. Nevermind, eh?
