I was mainly sat staring down the microscope at the fruits of my immunohistochemical labours. Interestingly, the protein expression pattern does not match the mRNA expression pattern for the same protein. Damn you Trefoil Factor Family peptides for being so readily taken up and stored for obscure reasons!

Later in the evening I was glad I remembered (with The Hobbit's assistance) that it was F(r)action. A fine (fairly moist) time was had by all.

Today I aim to slum it in my nightie all day.
