gnommiI finished the green dangly necklace last night. I think it might need a couple of extra dangly bits in the lower bunch of them. The upper cluster makes them look a bit inadequate. What say ye?
Spent most of yesterday browsing the Affymetrix website; I was attempting to work out the basic protocol for gene expression profiling using their chip microarray system (check!) and to see if they had any pre-existing chips with stem cell-specific probe sets (um...). Some bits of their website may as well be in Chinese for all I can work out from it. My Quick Search for probes returned 40k results, which is getting on for all of the characterised proteins in the human genome!!
But now, I need more coffee, then I shall go and re-home my cells before they eat their flasks in protest at overcrowding.
