gnommiGah, gah and thrice GAH.
A good start this morning, spent the whole journey back to London in deep scientific debate with a "mature" engineer chum of mine, then discovered two exciting new papers (one about mouse boobs and the other about a role for bone marrow in cancer metastasis during a Medline trawl on the subject of integrins. I haven't actually done much that I was intending to get done today, but I've done a lot nonetheless.
However, I then got sidetracked by the adventures of Dr McNinja (via Penny Arcade, obviously), and now I am HOOKED.
I did also get evacuated for a bit, as a light fitting fell on my colleagues head with no warning earlier.
Oh my God, I think I just maxed out my geekness with this post. So just to put the icing on, I'll share the information that I just found out I am 1,316th in the Argent Dawn Honour rankings.
NEXT EDIT I WILL POST PHOTOS. Oh, such photographs will you see.

1. Today's (postal conspiracy) Dinosaur Comic is actually a key information theoretic observation that underpins the Internet. I think it's pretty funny that I can't tell whether that's intentional or not.

4. Mouse boob result sounds exciting, they grew the whole thing from a single cell, right? So why try to make lots of stem cells if just one can grow a whole mouse boob...
